Art Alive Writing

 Today the whole school walked around the school looking at the amazing art work.we went to every classroom to look at the art work.

Mondrian Writing

 When Mondrian made his paintings, he would always mix his own colours and never use the paint directly out of a tube.He often used primary colour-red, yellow and blue to keep his paintings pure and simple.

Andy Warhol Writing

 In 1961 Andy Warhol came up with the idea of using popular items in his art.He called it Pop Art.He would use pictures of these  common items and change their colours .Andy used bright, contrasting colours in his art.

 

Kandinsky Writing

 Kandinsky Thought  that shapes and colour by themselves were art.He felt that he could express feelings and music through colours and shapes in his paintings he thought that yellow sounded like a trumpet and that some colours put together could sound like a piano.

Athletics Recount Writing

At school today the whole school walked on the hard courts for athletics day. We walked to our first activity my favourite part was when i hit my head on the pole it was sore.After our activity we went to a new activity to do. After all of our activity's we all went to the field to watch our team colour win.After the race we played elimination tag at the park. Then we went home
